Hey, sorry for the slowdown of new posts! Been busy, but I have been dining out at the newest restaurants like Greenbelt 5 and not so new restaurants around Powerplant and Greenbelt 3. Stick around for these great reviews to follow:

So this is the Madison Grill located at the new Trinoma Mall, it offers a great spin to the way it serves its pizza, a table with all the ingredients and you just kinda mix and match all you want, something you don't get in restaurants in the Philippines much :)

So as you can see above, the nice big grill where they make the cheese extra tasty and the crust extra crunchy. I didn't pay attention much to the ingredients, but these are what I saw:

First thing we noticed when we entered the restaurant was the menu, which looked like a newspaper, felt like one, but really wasn't. It's front pages contain stories about the history of Wagyu beef (really really seems like a big thing now a days). Anyways, what was also unique about the tables was they provided a free fruit, either an apple or an orange:

Then we were cordially served with a basket filled with all kinds of bread, and 3 different dips (the olive oil and black vinigar only counting one)

The circular ones are the softest, they taste like pandesal. I had a problem with some of the dirty dishes that were just around the sides of the restaurant suspended on those metal things, its a real problem in most of the restaurants here in the philippines, ruins the atmosphere.

(Smoked mozzarella, tomato, orange and arugula salad (P195 - small, P280 - large) The picture above shows the Smoked mozzarella, tomato, orange and arugula salad, this particular dish was quite good, except for the cheese which I found utterly bland. However, I am not a cheese lover, so do not hold me on this.

The Wild Mushroom Soup, Deep Fried Parsley, White Truffle Essense (P100) was decent, I wouldn't recommend ordering it, it can taste repetitive and, for the lack of a better word, bland at times. (Nakakasawa)

Wow, would you look at that! The Classic Lobster Bisque, Grilled Brioche is the saltiest thing you'll ever drink on the face of this earth. For me. But according to my mom, it was only salty naturally because of the lobster, nevertheless, I passed it on, and my mom ate the whole thing instead.

The Ludsa Longaniza, Salted Egg, Quesong Puti Pizza (P250 - 10inches, P365 - 16inches) was good, the Salted Egg was the only thing I didn't like, I guess its a small price to pay for trying out something that we rarely see in Pizzas, another first in the Philippines.

The Baked Seabass lemon grass lobster sauce, steamed asian vegetables (P795). It wasn't all that, I've tasted better Seabass.

This was somewhat good, it wasn't really my dish, but my sister looked like she enjoyed it. It's the Grilled Seafood, Pappardelle tomato vodka sauce (P420). It's affordable so you can try it, the scallops were great though, I managed to snag one. What a twist huh? tomato vodka :p

YUMMMMMMMMMMM!!!! this was extremely good, might be too sweet for you guys! Strawberry Trifle, Amaretto Crumble and Mascarpone (P280)
